④ Hotel Etiquette
- Check-in / Check-out: Keep the schedule. If arriving early, luggage can be stored at the front desk
- In the facility: Do not go outside wearing the facility clothing (yukata or slippers)
- Restaurant use: Check the dress code
- Interaction with staff: Greet them, e.g., "Good morning", "Please"
- Bath etiquette:
- Changing room: Remove shoes at the entrance (wear slippers if provided). Remove all clothes, take only a towel into the bath. Swimwear and underwear are not allowed
- Wash area: Always wash your body before entering the bathtub
- Bathtub: Do not put the towel into the water. No swimming, diving, or loud voices
- Leaving: Lightly dry your body before returning to the changing room. Share hair dryers and mirrors
- Others: Many facilities prohibit tattoos
